Q: How do I place an order?
Step 1: Click on "OUR MENU" at the top of the website to view our full menu
Step 2: Click on the item you would like to order, i.e. click on (6" / 12" / Wrap / Salad) to add portion size to cart.
Step 3: Customise your desired item. Choose your Bread, Sauce, Vegetables, Toppings and Extras, go ahead and make it a meal while you're at it!
Step 4: Repeat Step 3 until you've completed your order then click on the "Checkout" button in your cart
Step 5: Create a new SubsToGo.sg account if you're a new user, or click on "Yes, I have a SubsToGo.sg account" radio button to login.
Step 6: Confirm your location and payment mode
Step 7: Key in your credit card details (if applicable) and you've completed your order!
Step 8: Enjoy your delicious Sub!

Q: There is a Subway outlet nearer to my location than those listed on the website, why can't I pick up my order there instead?
A: Subway is a Franchise and different outlets are managed by different Franchisees. Simply Subs Pte Ltd manages only the following Subway outlets in Singapore:

Q: Can I place an order today & get the order delivered today?
A: Due to operational limitations, same day delivery is subject to availability and is open to selected postal codes only, please key in your postal code below to verify. Alternatively, you may contact us at 62-SUBWAY (6278-2929) to check if there are any delivery slots available for the day.
Note: To ensure a smooth preparation and prompt delivery of your order, we will require at least an hour's notice, excluding the time taken to place the order (may be increased during peak hours).
Q: Is there any delivery fee?
A: For places within the immediate vicinity of a Subway outlet, the minimum amount for delivery is $20 and there will be no additional charges unless otherwise specified. For other places, the minimum amount for delivery is $30 and there will be a delivery charge of $5 or $15 depending on the location (weekdays) and $15 or $25 (for Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays). For orders $150 and above, the delivery charge will be waived.
Q: I have placed my order via the website. Will it be an immediate confirmed order even though payment is made and already processed?
A. You should receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed. Due to unforeseen circumstances, delivery timings may require change, as such, our Catering Officer will contact you. Alternatively, you may also contact us at 62-SUBWAY (62-6278-2929).
Q: How do I make payment?
A. We accept payment made by Cash and Credit card (Visa and Mastercard), Cash payments will only be accepted after completing ONE successful credit card transaction.
Q: What are the serving portions for the Sub and Wrap Party Platters?
A: These are our serving guidelines:
Regular Sub platters consists of 15 pieces of 4" sandwiches and may serve up to 7 pax.
Large Sub platters consists of 21 pieces of 4" sandwiches and may serve up to 10 pax.
Regular Wrap platters consists of 20 pieces of 3" wraps and may serve up to 10 pax.
Large Wrap platters consists of 30 pieces of 3" wraps and may serve up to 15 pax.
Q: Is Subway Halal?
A: Unfortunately, we are not Halal certified. However, we do have vegetarian and pork/lard-free options such as: Veggie Delite™, Classic Tuna, Egg Mayo, Roasted Chicken Breast, Turkey, Roast Beef and Veggie Patty.
Q: Will I get a refund if my order is cancelled?
A. No refunds, changes or cancellations are allowed once a payment is made and order is confirmed.

Q: I have a discount / loyalty card, can I use it for my orders?
A: Unless specified on the card, we do not accept any discount or loyalty cards on our website.
