Warranty of Merchantability
All our goods are of merchandisable condition and will serve their intended functions.
Terms of Warranty
We have no such terms.
All our prices are nett. No discounts will be given unless during monthly promotions.
Delivery option is available through online ordering at www.substogo.sg and hotline number 62-SUBWAY. . Delivery service applies to orders with a minimum delivery amount of $30SGD, and $15SGD to selected areas.
A $5 SGD - $15 SGD surcharge (weekdays) or $15SGD - $25 SGD Ssurcharge (weekend) applies for every order via www.substogo.sg and 62-SUBWAY depending on the location. The surcharge will be waived when delivery order reaches $200 SGD. Customers who wish their food orders be sent on the same day are advised to call our hotline number 62-SUBWAY. Customers who wish to make large catering orders are advised to finalize order 24 hours before the delivery time.
Please note that all transactions are limited to Singapore only, not applicable for overseas. Products will not be shipped out of Singapore.
Delivery service is subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline an order.
Access to www.substogo.sg and hotline number may be suspended temporarily without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair. Simply Subs Pte Ltd disclaims all liability for any interruption of the website or hotline number.
Delivery Delay Terms
For big orders, should there be any form of delay due to unforseen circumstances, customers will be notified of such incidents. We will try our best to deliver your food orders within desired time. To ensure freshness, delivery times may be affected due to traffic conditions, bad weather or rider availability.
Pick Up Services
Pick Up option is available through online ordering at www.substogo.sg and hotline number 62-SUBWAY. There is no minimum amount order for Pick Up service.Maximum order amount may vary per store and time. Pick Up service is available only at select stores in Singapore.
We only accept VISA and MASTERCARD. Payment via credit card shall be made at the point of order. If order was made via the hotline number, customer will be requested to give their credit card number. Cash payment shall be made at point of delivery of food.
Corporate cheque payments are only applicable to credit account customers.
We ensure accuracy in our billing as all our transactions are automatically processed.
Cancellation of Orders
We will not provide any refunds upon cancellation of orders.
We will not entertain any cancellations once the order is confirmed and submitted by the customer.
Confirmation of Orders
We will send an electronic acknowledgement to the customer within 24 hours upon successful submission of the electronic order. If items ordered are unavailable, customers will be notified immediately upon receiving order confirmations on our end.
Exchange & Refunds
All our goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
HARVEY NORMAN Vouchers
Inform agent when using the voucher as a form of payment
Surrender the voucher as a form of payment to the cashier (for pick-up) and delivery rider (for delivery)
Voucher payment can be made with cash payment; credit card payment not allowed
Valid from 8 November 2014 to 28 February 2015

Only original voucher is accepted
Not exchangeable for cash; any unused portion will not be refunded and non-transferable

HSBC credit cardholders will get 10% discount with purchase via www.substogo.sg or hotline number 62-SUBWAY.
Customer must input a discount coupon: HSBC10 to enjoy the discount. If order is made via call, customer just needs to inform the agent that he is an HSBC cardholder.
Valid from 1 September to 31 December 2014.
Minimum order is $15 for select areas. Remaining areas have $30 as minimum order. Minimum order applies after the discount.
Discount is not applicable for delivery surcharges.
Not valid for dine-in and take-away transactions in Subway® outlets.
Not valid with other offers or discounts.
